Maple Bourbon Vinegar is made from our Maple Vinegar that has aged over 6 months in Oak Bourbon Barrels. A smooth, sweet and savory flavor of maple, oak and bourbon. A wonderful addition for salad dressings, marinades, or glazes. Add a small splash to vegetables or homemade soups. Mix a little in your favorite bread recipes – banana or pumpkin.
